Learn to Swim Lessons *
Learning to swim is more than just a life skill — it’s a pathway to confidence, safety, and freedom in the water.
Our Learn to Swim program is designed to guide swimmers of all ages and abilities through every stage of aquatic development — from first splashes to advanced strokes.
With a focus on safety, skill progression, and fun, each level builds on the last, helping swimmers feel strong, capable, and excited every time they step into the pool.
Our certified instructors provide patient, hands-on guidance in a supportive environment where every milestone — big or small — is celebrated.
Dive in, and let the journey begin! 🌊🐬
Whether your child is just getting comfortable in the water or working toward mastering all four strokes, Liquid Levels 1–9 offer a structured, confidence-building journey from beginner to advanced swimmer.
Liquid 1 - Getting Comfortable in the Water
Recommended Age: Typically 3–6 years (beginner)
Focus: Water comfort and basic independence
This level introduces young swimmers to the water in a fun and supportive way. Children learn to enter and exit safely, put their face in the water, blow bubbles, and float with gentle assistance. Through playful activities and assisted glides, they begin building confidence and comfort that sets the foundation for future swimming skills.
Liquid 4 - Developing Technique & Endurance
Recommended Age: 6-9 years (Intermediate)
Focus: Stroke introduction and endurance building. Swimmers learn how to coordinate kicks with arm movements for front crawl and back crawl. They are introduced to new techniques like whip kick and sculling, and begin to tread water. By the end of this level, they’ll complete a 25m continuous swim — a major confidence milestone in their aquatic journey.
Liquid 7 – Power & Performance
Recommended Age: 9-13 years (Advanced)
Focus: Mastery of multiple strokes and advanced endurance
Swimmers polish their technique in front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke, and breaststroke while learning advanced drills like eggbeater and sculling. Emphasis is placed on breathing control, body coordination, and endurance — swimming continuously for 200m and training in intervals to build performance capacity.
Liquid 2 - Building Confidence & Breath Control
Recommended Age: 4-7 years (beginner)
Focus: Submersion, breath control, and assisted propulsion
Swimmers develop comfort under the water and start learning to glide, float, and kick with minimal assistance. They practice side breathing and front and back glides while improving body position and balance. By the end of this level, they’ll be able to move short distances on their own with growing confidence.
Liquid 5 – Stroke Foundation & Water Safety
Recommended Age: 7-10 years (Intermediate)
Focus: Stroke development and self-rescue skills
Students refine their front and back crawl while learning whip kick and the elementary backstroke. Safety and survival techniques, like treading water for two minutes and the HELP position, are emphasized. By the end, swimmers can complete a 75m continuous swim and demonstrate stronger water awareness and endurance.
Liquid 8 – Endurance & Efficiency
Recommended Age: 10-14 years (Advanced)
Focus: Endurance training and refined mechanics
This level challenges swimmers to push their endurance and efficiency. With extended swims up to 300m, they strengthen their technique across all strokes and learn to sustain performance through structured interval training. Eggbeater and rescue drills promote both strength and water safety awareness.
Liquid 3 - Learning to Move Independently
Recommended Age: 5-8 years (beginner)
Focus: Independent glides, basic strokes, and underwater comfort
This level helps swimmers gain real independence in the pool. Students work on front and back kicks, rolling between positions, and swimming short distances with proper body alignment. Underwater skills like object retrieval and breath control strengthen their comfort and awareness, preparing them for unassisted swimming.
Liquid 6 – Strength & Skill Integration
Recommended Age: 8-12 years (Intermediate)
Focus: Building endurance, strength, and technical precision
At this stage, swimmers develop efficiency across multiple strokes, including front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke. They practice surface dives, eggbeater, and interval training, preparing for endurance challenges like a 150m continuous swim. This level reinforces stamina, safety, and confident swimming in deep water.
Liquid 9 – Advanced Skills & Lifesaving Readiness
Recommended Age: 11-15 years (Advanced)
Focus: Advanced technique, rescue readiness, and endurance
The final level develops strong, confident, and capable swimmers ready for leadership or lifeguard training. Participants complete deep-water dives, underwater object retrievals, and long-distance endurance swims (400m). Emphasis is placed on rescue techniques, self-control, and mastery of all major strokes, preparing swimmers for future aquatic certifications and life-long safety in the water.
